Climate<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This region has four seasons: spring, summer, autumn, and winter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The temperature ranges from 15 degree in winter to 40 degree in<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">summer. Summer has a great rain rate, up to 340mm in July and August.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3 . Transportation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Almost all roads in the villages are made of cement. The inhabitants<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">of Duc Thuong support the cost for making and repairing roads.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sixty percent of the households have a motorbike. In general,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">children go to school by bicycle and parents go to work by motorbike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are two bus-connections with Hanoi centre, starting from 5AM until 9<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">PM<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4 . Economy<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The main job of people in Duc Thuong is farming. The agriculture products<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">are rice and corn. 80% of people have extra jobs, like mason or selling things<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">in markets of Hanoi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5 . Life standard:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thanks to being located near Hanoi, people living in Duc Thuong have<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a slightly higher living standard compare to other regions where Donxa<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">conducts projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6 . Houses<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-People here just have 100-150 square meters to live. About 70% of people<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">have medium standard of tiled house. A house normally includes 2-3 rooms<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">connecting to each other and one more bedroom. The furniture is limited to<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">one or two beds, a table and some chairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-The kitchen, the bathroom and the well are next to each other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There is an extra room to keep agriculture equipments or old things.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-Almost all the households have electricity and a drilled-well. Water here<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">has the high rate of Fe and Mg. The water has yellow color, and bad smell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Therefore, people use drilled-well water just for bathing and washing. They<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">made a cement tank to keep rainwater.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7 . Lifestyle<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; People unite strongly in the community. The relationship among<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">neighbours and relatives is very important. On the important occasions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">like a wedding, funeral, or the birth of a baby, the family held parties and<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">invited all relatives and neighbours. The ones who take part in the parties<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">will give the owner envelopes with money inside-like presents. To many<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">poor families-that kind of parties is very important but also a burden for<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">them as they have to give the money as presents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8 . Donxa\u2019s Project in Duc Thuong:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-Financial Adoption: to help poor children go to school with the purpose<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">to improve the education in this region and bring children chances to have<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">better future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-Laisind Cow breeding project: with the purpose to help poor people<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">improve their economy. Donxa provide cows, instruct technique, and help<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">farmers solve difficulties in breeding cows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-Purified water project: After testing the water and seeing the rate of metal in<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">water here was very high, Donxa implemented the \u201cPurified Water Project\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">to provide purified water for students.
